Space and Security The area reserved for the Fly Market will be outdoors in a beautiful location, next to the pools and coffee bar.  It is a covered area with lots of traffic.  Each space will be 10’x10’.   Due to the outdoor location, items will need to be stored each night.  If you prefer not to take them to your room, they can be stored in the Conference Office which is fairly close by.  You may want to store items on a rolling cart for your convenience.
Fly Market Schedule 
The Fly Market will be open during the following hours:
     Monday, July 5th            1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
     Tuesday, July 6th          10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
     Wednesday, July 7th      1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
     Thursday, July 8           10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
All goods and materials must be removed from the area by 5:30 PM on Thursday.
Catalogue Table This is something new. If you would like to have a picture and/or brochure along with order forms for your product(s) at a special, staffed Fly Market table, we would welcome it. The fee for this participation will be the same as the printed fees for the vendors in attendance.  Please send your materials to
Fran Strubeck,7632 W. Starry Night Lane, Tucson,AZ by June 15, 2010 so that adequate planning can be done to send these items to Hawaii.  After the Conference is over, your materials will be returned, if needed, along with any orders during the following week.  Be sure to take order fulfillment shipping costs to the customer into consideration when pricing your items. The fee for this participation is $30.00.
